Dear 3/Vodafone...



Before you try and charge a customer some bogus extra charges, you should first check whether that customer is still under contract. As you have belatedly realised, I wasn't. End result? You tried to screw me and ended up screwing yourselves!

So, thanks for all the extra calls and data that you're now giving me for less than half the price that I was paying before. And no contract. Awww, how nice of you! Also, thank you for unlocking both my phones so that I can take them with me if you ever try anything like this again.

But most of all, thank you for being so greedy and stupid that you backed yourselves into a corner in the first place! I very much appreciate it.
