Today I have an a vintage Waltham ladies' wristwatch for your viewing pleasure. This watch was made in 1915. It is a converted pocket watch. With the popularity of wristwatches taking off, a lot of watchmakers and jewellers converted pocket watches into wristwatches at the time. This one still opens up at the back, to see the watch movement, just by pressing down on the crown. It is a small watch, about an inch in diameter. And, after nearly 100 years, it still runs and keep correct time.
